KVKK Clarification Text
This clarification text explains, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), which personal data collected via solveo.com.tr is processed for which purposes and on which legal bases, to whom it is transferred, and your rights as a data subject.

1. Data Controller
Under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Solveo acting as data controller, within the scope described below. The data controller's identity and contact details are provided in the contact section at the end of this page.
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Depending on the forms you use on the site and your preferences, the following categories of personal data are processed:
- Identity data: first and last name.
- Contact data: e-mail address, phone number.
- Professional data: company name; the position applied for in career applications.
- Résumé data: the CV file and cover letter you submit via the career form.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, server logs.
- Marketing data: advertising conversion data obtained via marketing cookies, subject to your explicit consent.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to and following up on your contact, quote, and demo requests
- Evaluating career applications and conducting recruitment processes
- Creating your newsletter subscription and sending content to subscribers
- Ensuring site security: bot protection, rate limiting, and prevention of unauthorized access
- Analyzing site usage and measuring advertising performance, subject to your explicit consent
- Fulfilling legal obligations and establishing evidence in potential disputes
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): responding to your quote and service requests and conducting pre-contractual processes.
- Legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f): ensuring site security and keeping records of requests.
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): newsletter subscription and the use of analytics and marketing cookies.
- Establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e): establishing evidence in potential disputes.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means; through the contact, quote, career, and newsletter forms on the site, through your communication with us via e-mail or phone, and through cookies and similar technologies.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is transferred to the following service providers only to the extent required by the relevant service. As these providers' servers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. Beyond this, your personal data is not shared with any third party and is never sold.

7. Retention Periods
- Contact and quote requests: retained after the request is concluded, for the statutory limitation periods.
- Career applications: retained for the evaluation period of the relevant position; with your explicit consent, they may be retained for a reasonable further period for future positions.
- Newsletter subscription: retained until you request to unsubscribe.
- Transaction security records: retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation.
Personal data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
8. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that corrections, deletions, and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
9. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; in writing to the postal address below together with documents verifying your identity, or by e-mail to support@solveo.com.tr. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
