01Do we own the source code of what you build?
Yes. Everything we build is handed over to you together with its source code and documentation. We are not trying to create a dependency — you can continue with your own team or another one if you choose to.
02Do you write code for every requirement?
No. Our rule is standard first: if a requirement can be met with SAP Business One's standard capabilities, user-defined fields and approval procedures, we do not write code for it. Custom development only comes in where the standard genuinely falls short, and we draw that line together during requirements analysis.
03Will your development break on SAP version upgrades?
We design developments so they do not disturb standard objects and stay compatible with version upgrades. Before an upgrade, configurations and add-ons are verified in a test environment and any fixes are completed before going live.
04Add-on, integration or a separate application — which one?
We decide based on where the work actually happens: needs that must live inside SAP screens become add-ons, data moving between two systems becomes an integration, and anything used by people who are not SAP users — dealers, field teams, customers — becomes a separate web or mobile application.
