SAP & ERP consulting from analysis to go-live
SAP & ERP consulting is an end-to-end service that analyses your processes, configures SAP Business One or S/4HANA around them, and takes the system live. It is built for SMBs and mid-sized companies moving to ERP for the first time or repairing an implementation that never settled: analysis, design and configuration, data migration and go-live run as a single four-step flow. A standard-scope implementation goes live in 2-8 weeks, while production- and integration-heavy projects take 8-12 months.

What does this service get you?
In ERP projects, success comes down to well-designed processes, not the software itself. Our consultants know how your sector operates; before setting up the system, we understand how you do business and adapt SAP Business One's proven best practices to your company's reality.
Go-live isn't the end of the project for us; we complete your first period-close together and stay with you until we've confirmed the system runs correctly in real-world use.
What do you have at the end of the project?
Process analysis report — a documented record of your current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) workflows.
Configured live system — a tested SAP environment tailored to your processes.
Clean data migration — your master data and open balances migrated and verified.
Authorization matrix — who sees what and who approves what, with roles clearly defined.
Acceptance test records — the scenario-based test results the go-live decision is based on.
Hypercare support — close follow-up and rapid response in the first weeks after go-live.

Request a health checkCommon questions about the consulting process
01How long does an SAP Business One implementation take?
A standard-scope SMB implementation typically goes live in 2-8 weeks, while production- and integration-heavy projects can run 8-12 months. What drives the number is the number of modules in scope, how clean your existing data is, and which external systems have to be connected — you get a dated roadmap at the end of the initial analysis.
02What are the steps of the consulting process?
Four: Analysis & Discovery, Design & Configuration, Data Migration & Testing, Go-Live & Support. The output of each step is shared in writing, testing runs together with you in an environment built on data like your own, and after go-live our support team stays with you.
03Can you migrate the data from our current system?
Yes, data migration is a dedicated step. Business partner, inventory, BOM and open document data is cleaned first, then migrated and verified through scenario-based testing. Bringing across every historical transaction is rarely the right call, so we decide together during scoping what actually moves.
04Are we on our own after go-live?
No. Go-live is followed by an intensive support period, after which you continue with our technical support service. Requests are handled on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00, and every request gets a first response within one business day at the latest.
