01Does the mobile app work with SAP Business One data in real time?
Yes. Stock, price, account and order data is read live over SAP Service Layer, and an order taken in the field becomes a document in SAP. Because the field team and head office see the same data, the evening batch data-entry ritual disappears.
02Does the app work in the field without internet?
Offline operation can be supported: critical data is held on the device and synchronised when the connection returns. Which screens work offline and how conflicts are resolved is defined at the start of the project, because not every process suits offline use.
03Are iOS and Android built separately?
In most enterprise projects we ship to both platforms from a single codebase (React Native or Flutter), which keeps maintenance cost down. Where a requirement leans heavily on device hardware, we build natively with Swift and Kotlin.
04Can we publish the app under our own store account?
Yes. The app is published from your own App Store and Google Play accounts, and the source code and documentation are handed over to you. For employee-only apps, enterprise distribution can be used instead of the public stores.
